Returns & Exchanges

At Homme + Femme™, we strive for excellence in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 5 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
